We accept all major credit/debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, & Maestro. It's the easiest way of doing business over the Internet both for the retailer and consumer

If you would like to place an order with us without using the online facility, we will be more than happy to receive orders by traditional telephone, fax or by post and of course you can pay by cheque.

The risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt so please make sure there is someone to sign at the address given. The delivery charges are as follows:

UK Next Day £7.50
Europe 3 - 5 Days £17.50
USA 7 - 10 Days £18.50
Rest of World 7 - 10 Days £25.00

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct, however while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a variation in actual goods may occur. Where possible, swatches are available before you order. Waistcoats and shirts are made up individually to the measurements that you have supplied us. It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct measurements. If you are unsure, contact us and we will advise you. Where there is problem with the fit it will be at our sole discretion to exchange or re-make the order or give a refund. In the unlikely event of the goods having faults in materials or workmanship we will refund. Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours for a full refund. Cancellations after 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge of your order. We recommend that you use recorded delivery for any returns.

All orders need to be made and we aim to send them out within 28 days. If there is a delay we will inform you. Full payment will be taken from the card when the order is placed. A receipt will then be sent confirming your order. All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include all relevant United Kingdom taxes.

Orders to be delivered overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the client. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. All garments remain the property of Carter Bespoke until they have been paid for in full. Nothing in our terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Any dispute regarding any transactions will be dealt with under United Kingdom law.
